The Senior Business Analyst serves as the link between the business objectives and core technological capabilities the team is building and supporting.

The goal of this role is to drive organized and effective requirements to build and deliver a product or function.

The Senior Business Analyst seeks out, develops, and helps implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity by understanding and developing requirements.

Senior Business Analysts are responsible for utilizing creative and practical thinking to translate user needs and pain points into direct improvements.

Collaborates with Analytic Business Partners, Engineers, Analysts, and other technical experts to shape the end-to-end product strategy and solution in support of business/product owner objectives and vision.

Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent plus 5 or more years of professional experience in the business analysis discipline Experience writing BRDs (Business requirement documents) using Jira OR ConfluenceExperience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) for project tracking/streamlining Experience troubleshooting their own applications assigned to them (Support side)Experience working on waterfall, Agile and/or hybrid projects (heavy scrum) Experience working in a public cloud environment (Azure preferred) Experience working in a fast past environment Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceCBAP Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
