Description
This is a full-time position in office.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Extremely organized and selfmotivated
  • High school diploma or equivalent


  • Computer literate

  • Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience Mandatory
  • Must be able to type 60+wpm.
  • Must have the ability to move between programs within a multi display setup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable doing repetitive tasks daily.
  • Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
  • Strong multitasking ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • HIPAA Compliance is mandatory.

Daily Responsibilities:


  • Labeling, sorting, and categorizing digital documents for ease of use.
  • Exporting and logging digital documentation within multiple softwares.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
  • Ensuring documentation integrity.
  • Proofreading documents upon request.
  • Retrieving and logging documentation to and from EMR systems.
  • Communicating with medical facilities and company representatives digitally

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
