Dental Prostheses Business Development Representative


Dentcare Midwest Inc., a leading provider of dental products and services, is launching an exciting new Midwest division and seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in its growth.

In this crucial position, you will be responsible for developing new markets, building strong relationships with dental professionals, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and superior customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new markets for Dentcare Midwest's innovative dental products and services in the Midwest region.
  • Conduct daily visits to dental offices and clinics, promoting our offerings, establishing partnerships, and distributing marketing materials.
  • Engage with dental professionals and staff members, presenting our practice offerings, addressing inquiries, and fostering longlasting relationships.
  • Ensure prompt and timely delivery of products and services, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Promptly intervene and resolve customer complaints and grievances, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay uptodate with trends and developments in the U.S. dental market, informing our marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and manufacturing teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive profitable business growth for our new Midwest division.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently, with a willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $45,000, based on experience and qualifications.
