General Job Description:
IES Residential is currently seeking a Residential Electrician Leadman in the
Spring, TX area.

Minimum Education:
None Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 Specific Qualifications:

Must have a Residential Wireman Lic at a minimum
Must be able to ready blue prints
Previous supervisor experience a plus
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Clean driving history
Must have a valid Driver's License
13 years experience in new home construction

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently
Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and managers
Perform duties in accordance with the National Electrical Code
Follow all IES Residential safety procedures and policies
Document work appropriately
