General Job Description:
IES Residential is currently seeking a Residential Electrician Leadman in the
Spring, TX area.

Minimum Education:
None Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 Specific Qualifications:

  • Must have a Residential Wireman Lic at a minimum
  • Must be able to ready blue prints
  • Previous supervisor experience a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Clean driving history
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • 13 years experience in new home construction

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently
  • Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and managers
  • Perform duties in accordance with the National Electrical Code
  • Follow all IES Residential safety procedures and policies
  • Document work appropriately
in residential electrical
