Full-Time Front Desk/Receptionist (Orthopedics)
Essential Tasks and Activities:

Patient Interaction:
_ Greet all patients and handle phone calls with a positive attitude, ensuring excellent customer service.

Administrative Duties:
_ Register patients, schedule appointments electronically, and answer telephones, relaying messages as needed.

Financial Transactions:
_ Collect co-pays and payments, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations and referrals.
- _
Data Entry:
_ Obtain, enter, and verify patient demographics while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- _
Problem Solving:
_ Actively engage in problem-solving and efficiently filter calls to other departments as necessary.
- _
Operations Maintenance:
_ Ensure smooth clinic operations by following policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes.
- _
Customer Service Focus:
_ Understand the role as the "face" of the practice, realizing actions directly impact patient satisfaction and overall success.
- _Adaptability:_ Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and having a take-charge attitude to handle additional duties and responsibilities.

Travel may be required between Tinley Park and Hyde Park locations.Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Experience with ECW systems, Microsoft 365 along with Word & Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred.
