Introduction:
To expand our project team, we are looking for you at SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as of now as
Tasks:
- Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
- Customer-oriented troubleshooting
- Proactive repair and maintenance
- Accompaniment and support in technical operations for the customer
- Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)
Your profile:
- Commercial training, e.g. as a systems mechanic for HVAC / central heating and ventilation / gas and water installer / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology
- Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
- Ideally with initial work experience, but also open to career starters or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further education
