- Responsible for daily program management by organizing projects, overseeing the processes, and managing financial aspects of the program.
- Interactions with various stakeholders, conducting meetings, and coordinating data collection.
- Professional Development and innovation by involving research, design and development of literacy-related topics.
- Prepare proposals, negotiates contracts, and administer grants
- Strategic planning and representation by encompassing marketing, business planning, and presenting at conferences.
- Gathering feedback and analysis by creating customer satisfaction surveys, using data for improvement, and assessing program effectiveness.
- Supervises staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Performs additional duties as necessary to fulfill the role effectively.
- 48 months of program development, program management or related experience
- Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Able to read and interpret policy as well as State and Federal regulations
- Able to effectively evaluate projects; programs and produce comprehensive reports
- Able to supervise staff and communicate directions and expectations effectively
- Strong initiative to solve problems
