HR REFERENT RECRUITING & BACKOFFICE (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the HR team in all aspects of personnel management
Close collaboration with regional HR managers
Contact person for travel expenses for travelers and our service provider
Trustful cooperation with the works council
Support in recruiting (applicant selection, participation in job interviews)
Management of personnel files and administrative tasks
Participation in HR projects

YOUR PROFILE:

Your personality, entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and enjoyment of working with different people are the most important qualities
Professional experience in the field of human resources is desirable
A commercial education is an advantage
Very good organizational and communication skills
Strong service orientation
Team player
