As Operations Supervisor - Registered Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Patient Care Services and be primarily responsible for providing clinical/patient care support, supporting efficient patient throughput, maintenance of standards, and assuming the administrative role in crisis/disaster situations.


The Operations Supervisor acts as a resource to facilitate timely and effective problem resolution in overall hospital operations for all departments and provides functional support for departments where these departments are closed.

You will provide support for care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and perform other duties as assigned.

Respond to and manages difficult patient care problems and unplanned or emergent events in cooperation with the staff while maintaining standards that ensure quality care.


Required Qualifications:


  • At least three years of nursing experience with demonstrated excellence in clinical nursing practice and leadership preferred.

Required Certification/Registration:


  • Current California RN license.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS.

Required Education/Course(s)/Training:


  • BSN degree preferred.
  • At least one year previous Charge Nurse or Unit Leadership experience highly preferred.

Position Pay Range:
$62.50-$87.10/hour
