About This Role:


Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for all field operations, multiple crews, and quality assurance.
• Attend onsite project meetings.
• Assists in scheduling all field operations.
• Assists in the implementation and development of estimating production rates.
• Management of the coatings crews and supervisors.
• Manages field personnel issues and conflicts.
• Coordinates and communicates field issues to the management team.
• Consistently works with the field crews to make sure their needs are being addressed.
• Quality control and consistency in project execution by all crew members.
• Leadership team member, assisting in creating and implementing best practices across coatings teams.
• Assists in policy implementation.
• Assists in the training for new and existing field employees.
• Responsible for the implementation and reinforcement of field safety best practices.
• Assist in new technologies and staying at the forefront of tools and industry procedures.
• Perform annual reviews of foreman and crew members.
• Travel to job sites and provide progress updates to the project management teams.
• Promote a collaborative, teamcentric, and safety minded culture.

Requirements:

• Complete understanding of all scopes of work and able to teach as needed.
• Being bilingual is (English and Spanish) is preferred.
• Must be able to use a computer effectively to communicate.
• Proof of completion on the 4 assigned online Clicksafety courses (_listed below_) prior to field start date (_paid for by the company_):
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction
• Hazard Communication Advanced for All Industries
• Respirable Crystalline Silica Awareness for Construction
• Working Safely with Electricity Awareness for Construction
• DOT Certified and Driver's License _(DOT paid for by the company)._
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a construction crew.
• Speak and Write English fluently.
• Capable of developing systems and processes to provide a safer more efficient workplace.
• Ability to understand scope and changes and operate in a high stress environment as an effective leader.
• Must be Safety Aware and able to quickly identify and react to safety issues before/during/or after the issue has occurred.
• Strong supervisorial/leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
• Competency in basic math skills.
• Strong organization skills.

Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays


Compensation:

Pay:
$130, $150,000.00 per year
