ITSM Tools Developer (m/f/d)

As an ITSM tools developer at Materna, you will:

Develop and implement ITSM and ESM software solutions based on a low-code environment from BMC.
Advise our customers in IT and enterprise service management projects and in the planning, conception, and further development of their systems and tools.
Integrate various systems into the ITSM solution using an interface framework or integration platform.
Conduct tests and implement software solutions.
Implement optimized processes in the ITSM tool.
Work in teams using agile and traditional development methods.

What you bring:

A degree in computer science or a comparable vocational training.
Knowledge of implementing, conceptualizing, and designing one or more standard platform products, such as BMC, ServiceNow, Micro Focus, etc.
Programming, scripting
