Each market hall is as unique as the region it is located in. However, all GLOBUS market halls have in common that they offer space for development so that we can grow together.

Our market hall is part of the GLOBUS Holding. A family-owned company founded almost 200 years ago, with over employees today.

What to expect from us
  • You will start with a special welcome day, where you will get to know your team and all the other apprentices
  • Your apprenticeship lasts for 3 years
  • Salary: 1st year: 1,000 €, 2nd year: 1,100 €, 3rd year: 1,300 €
  • You will not only learn how to cook, but also about menu planning, ingredient selection, and purchasing and storage
  • To keep things running smoothly in the kitchen, you will learn how to create work schedules, train staff, and make the team successful
  • Hygiene is crucial in the kitchen. That's why knowledge about cleaning and hygiene regulations is an essential part of the apprenticeship
