To be successful in this role you must possess:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in BI/Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline with an information technology focus, or equivalent business intelligence experience.

Strong technical skills in Business Intelligence concepts, solutions, and best practices.
Excellent handson experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Data Bricks, SSRS and Microsoft Azure Cloud data services including Data Factory and Synapse.
Excellent data analysis skills including data cleansing and preparation, data exploration, complex data analysis, data narratives, and statistical knowledge.
Very strong handson experience working with data visualizations and storytelling using visuals.
Knowledge of the mortgage/real estate industry data and processes, combined with financial data analysis and reporting skills.
Experience working with relational databases, dimensional models, SQL queries, data warehouses, ETL processes, and database management systems.
Excellent presenter and communicator of information contained in data visualizations, reports and data analyses.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationships.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain in front of technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position will remain open until filled.

Hiring Range:
$90,181 - $117,234

A background check will be performed as a condition of employment.
