- At least a secondary school leaving certificate or specialized/general university entrance qualification
- Interest in working in the HR department

- Organizational skills, numerical understanding, and careful work
- Teamwork, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
- Good English language skills in speaking and writing are advantageous
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
