Job Title:
Human Resource Assistant


Position Summary:
Coordinating and processing all general human resources administrative operations.


Location:
HHS main center, School, Satellite offices and Community.


Job Requirements:

1)

Education at a minimum:
AA from an accredited college.

2)

Work Experience:
Two (2) years increasingly responsible work experience in personnel, and human resources, preferred.

3)

Full background check:
Potential staff members must pass a full state and federal criminal background check.


Essential Job Functions:
(Duties and Responsibilities)


  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • Onboard and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values, policies, and procedures
  • Provide management with documents and requested reports
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files (hard copies and electronic)

Skills:

Knowledge of accepted personnel procedures, personnel law, record keeping and required governmental reporting

  • Ability to set goals and objectives and implement appropriate processes for their achievement, with a particular emphasis on human resource activities and practices of resource management.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and exhibit problemsolving techniques resulting in appropriate decision making.
  • Ability to work well with the public and staff with emphasis on leading and developing a positive commitment to Hope Health's mission and goals.
  • Ability to initiate change and new ideas resulting in a positive work environment for staff; knowledge of human behavior with emphasis on small and large group dynamics.
  • Able to deal constructively with conflict.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and direct varied and complex operations.

Working Conditions:


  • Normal working conditions.
  • Regular exposure to patients with a variety of physical and psychiatric problems.
  • May include some exposure to infection, injury, and biomedical and biochemical waste.

Physical Demands:
Requires sitting, standing, bending, average range of hearing and vision.


Mental Demands:
Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plan, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans. Must understand people from all works of life and be able to communicate effectively with them.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
