Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for our d office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical administrative support
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
• Provide general office support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a office setting is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
