Japanese-English Bilingual Administrative Staff

Raleigh, NC

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English. Candidates should be able to assist Management, Engineering Team, and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks and providing professional administrative skills.

You will proactively perform duties such as payroll, data-entry, purchasing, report-writing, filing and planning meetings and events. You will also contribute to company business by communicating with our customers, contractors and vendors for the various projects as directed.

Administrative Staff Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform basic bookkeeping activities and provide documents, data and information related to accounts receivable/payable, payroll, tax, monthly report to Administrative Manager and CPA firm.

Perform data-entry (cloud-base database such as Quickbooks, Kintone, and the internal project database/spreadsheet)

Create and send various documents, reports and approval requests to the management in the US and the executive management in corporate head office in Japan.

Act as a liaison with other departments and outside parties, including other staff such as President and Administrative Manager when directed.

Maintain good communication with the US local work teams and corporate head office in Japan. Support engineering projects by coordinating with customer/contractor/vendor for quote, order,
