Position Description:

We are seeking a Receptionist for our Corporate location in Phoenix, Arizona.

You will be the first person all our employees see every morning and our first impression guests have of PrePass You'll partner with employees and leaders alike and assist with special projects.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday onsite position in downtown Phoenix across from the Footprint Center.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and distribute visitor badges to all guests. Validate parking.
  • Sort and distribute mail. Process and receiving shipping from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Responsible for overseeing facilityrelated issues and submitting tickets through the online ticketing portal.
  • Manage suite and elevator access for Employee Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee changes in OpenPath. Take employee photos and print access badges.
  • Assist with special events, to include room setup for All Hands Meetings, decorations, offsite event coordination such as reservations.
  • Responsible for setting up employee meals when applicable (bagels, lunch on Fridays).
  • Create support tickets in the HelpDesk system when needed.
  • Replenish beverages and snacks in the breakroom.
  • Assist with light cleaning and general housekeeping, to include ensuring kitchens are clean and stocked every day, make coffee, and order kitchen supplies in a timely manner.
  • Order office and shipping supplies in a timely manner.
  • Forward phones to the assigned IT Technician for evening coverage.
  • Create visuals for our lobby monitor.
  • Assist with organizing culturerelated events.
  • Assist with special project requests from leaders.

Requirements:


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of receptionist experience.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and followup skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Word, Excel. Outlook.
  • Willingness to take the initiative to help others.
  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize.
