Position Responsibilities:
Passion for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stayBalance & account for all daily cash and charge transactionsReview & analyze all adjustmentsPost room, tax and miscellaneous charges to guest foliosEnsure all guest charges have been balances from the various outlets and applied to the correct guest ledgersInform general manager of control issuesFollow audit binder and checklist required for duties and timelinesAbility to multi-task and prioritizeFlexibility- must anticipate regularly scheduled weekend and evening hoursSet high standards of performance for self and others; assumes responsibility and accountability for successful completion of assignments or tasksEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of experience in Hotel guest services and/or front desk, receptionist;OR2-year degree or more from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
