As a residential cleaner part-time/full-time, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our client's homes.

From apartments to houses, each day will bring new challenges and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Cleaners travel to client homes and apartment buildings to complete standard and move-in-move-out cleanings for Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens customers.

Job Requirements Title:
Residential House Cleaner / Housekeeper - subcontractor


Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive to job sites.


A vehicle is needed to transport the supplies and equipment to and from jobs.
Positive attitude, outlook, and sense of humor.

Must be in overall good health, and able to keep up with the demands of a physical job such as house cleaning.

This includes, but is not limited to:
Lifting at least 25 pounds on a regular and daily basis.

Performing repetitive cleaning tasks everyday.

On-time, organized, and able to be punctual or early to all scheduled work shifts.

Other tasks as required by the assigned special projects.

Must be able to pass an employment background check, and drug screening as a condition of the offer of employment if qualified.

Must be available to work during regular business hours which are 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.


We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for all clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 60% of each job, which equals $50USD+ per cleaning hour.
You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business.
