- Managing incoming and outgoing customer service calls related to meal orders
- Addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service

- 1 year of prior call center experience
- Previous exposure to auto dialer, multi-line phone systems, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
