Job summary
Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement accounting and legal Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades decommissions and intra company contracts Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support ensuring high customer satisfaction timely issue resolution Prepare deliver both regular ad hoc reports tailored to client needs Manage the full contract lifecycle including initiation execution tracking renewal Monitor update the quotes billing information related to SCP resources usage via Samsung Cloud Platform Register maintain customer side contract quote information on internal platforms RMS BQMS Perform additional responsibilities required overall business objectives
