This role is ideal for an accounting professional ready to take full ownership without the pressure of a corporate ladder.Northern Iowa Die Casting is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting for our single-site manufacturing facility. This position is well-suited for someone with a few years of experience who is ready for more responsibility, independence and partnership with leadership while still working hands-on in the day-to-day details.
You'll be trusted to manage the numbers provide sound financial insight and support operational decisions without the expectation of CFO-level scope or hours. This is a practical business-facing role for someone who values accountability stability and being close to operations.
- Manage monthly quarterly and annual close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including P&L balance sheet and cash flow reports
