Tasks

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for the business and customer processes of health insurance and independently identify potential for optimization
  • You also take on the conceptual development and implementation of new digital processes and drive digitalization forward
  • You design digital application processes for our sales partners and represent them holistically to all stakeholders
  • As a subject matter expert, you define, analyze, and evaluate technical and functional requirements for the health insurance sector and confidently represent them in line, projects, and/or agile teams
  • You work on projects in the health insurance sector and cross-sector projects within the group
  • You take on (partial) project management and actively work on strategic topics

Expectations
