We are currently seeking a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Kassel, Magna Park.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Acting as a point of contact for external and internal customers
  • Processing transport damages
  • Clearing of trucks
  • Handling shipment inquiries
  • Dealing with complaints from suppliers and customers
  • Creating followup deliveries

To ensure a successful start, you should bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a freight forwarder or in a similar field
  • Independent and teamoriented approach
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of the Car_O program is desirable
