Responsibilities:

Under direction the Analyst will be responsible for the design, build, testing, training, and support of the Epic, electronic medical record (EMR) system.

The Analyst requires little to no supervision as they build and maintain the system. The Analyst performs complex design and analysis tasks. The Analyst acts as a mentor to other members of the team.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Business or Computer/Information Sciences OR an equivalent level of professional experience.
Strong computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of the implementation and/or maintenance of Epic, Electronic Medical Record systems.
IT or operational knowledge of clinical or revenue cycle processes in one or more areas of a hospital, clinic, or business office.
Ability to independently prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and/or priorities.
Effective team player.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional etiquette and customer service oriented.
Able to travel up to 50% and take call as needed.
Able to provide support to facilities on holidays, nights, and weekends

Preferred qualifications:

One year industry related experience in IT/Clinical setting or within applicable area in healthcare operations, preferred.
Prior experience in EMR implementations and/or support is preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.00 to $124,800.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure._
