ESPERA is an internationally active, medium-sized mechanical engineering company with a global sales and service network through its own subsidiaries and distribution partners.

ESPERA develops, produces and distributes fully automatic weighing and labeling systems for industrial applications. The main area of application for ESPERA machines is industrial food production. For our human resources department, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of personnel development measures Consulting and support for employees and managers on all labor law and payroll-related issues and other support tasks Conducting monthly payroll processing Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Conducting the on- and offboarding process Responsibility for applicant management and conducting job interviews Preparation of contracts, addendums, works council hearings, references, certificates and evaluations Trustful cooperation with the works council Independent assumption and implementation of HR projects Your qualifications: Degree or training with a focus on human resources, ideally with professional experience as a human resources officer (m/f/d)

Experience in generalist operational human resources work as well as in payroll processing Very good knowledge of wage tax, social security and labor law Application experience with payroll systems such as P&I Loga Knowledge of the collective agreement for the metal and electrical industry in North Rhine-Westphalia desirable Independent and structured way of working Responsibility, teamwork, service orientation What we offer:
