Description
We are looking for an experienced Janitor to clean a single story Medical Clinic. The goal is to keep our Customer's building in a clean and orderly condition.Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, removing trash and relining trash cans)
- Perform and document routine daily cleaning activities
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
- Notify management of any reoccurring issues, spills, leaks
- Report any needed repairs
- Stock and maintain restrooms and supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Ability to pass a Government required background check.
- Will need to drive to Martinez 2 times for preliminary Background Security fingerprinting and processing before being able to start the job.

$ $21.77 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Custodial Experience: 1 year (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Clearlake, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
