Description

The Marketing Liaison/Patient Advocate is our primary person who builds us ties to the senior community, building relationships with senior living facilities, care homes, physician's offices, oncology office, skilled nursing facilities and memory care facilities.

This position requires educating the community about the hospice agency and educating patients and their families about hospice services. Home Health and Hospice experience a plus.

  • Strong Communication and Organization Skills
  • Prior knowledge and experience with sales and/or advertising in hospice (preferred)
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Health Care Laws
  • Consult and Educate about the hospice program and the Agency
  • Foster good working relationships with individuals and facilities in the community
  • Educate patient's referred to the Agency about the hospice program
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Provides counseling regarding needs of the community; program development including personnel needs.
  • Marketing and strategizing and planning and coordinating with Families on how to provide the best type of services to the families.
Hospice experience preferred but any experience within the senior community is acceptable.


Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Hospice Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Palliative Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Home Health Sales: 1 year (preferred)
