Focus on Real Estate Management/Development

Your tasks:

  • Comprehensive real estate management of multi-family houses with a focus on residential and commercial properties
  • Commercial management of our own residential and commercial properties, together with the in-house finance department
  • Handover/return of rental spaces as well as acceptance and processing of defect reports
  • Coordination, support, and control of property service providers and renovation work
