Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the school, including managing student behavior, and attendance.
- Lead and motivate teachers to achieve student success of the program, including implementation of the school wide behavior program.
- Ensure compliance with school procedures and policies for efficient school operations.
- Handle parent communication in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.
Skills:
- Proficiency leadership skills.
- Experience in working with students who have emotional and behavioral problems.
- Strong understanding of socialemotional learning.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with teachers, parents, and administration.
- Ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
Experience level:
- 1 year
Shift:
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Bethlehem, PA required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bethlehem, PA 18018: Relocate before starting work (required)
