We are looking for a skilled mason to work on a project in White Plains, AL.

The job includes building a staircase leading to the attic, constructing two dormers on each side of the house (3.5m wide and a maximum height of 2.5m), installing a toilet, creating a study, and converting the remaining space into a living room with four windows (two on each side).

Additionally, we require built-in wardrobes with a height of 1.4m. The house facade is 6.90m wide.

The masonry work needed for this project includes building a room and a toilet, constructing built-in wardrobes with a height of 1.5m, building walls or partitions, laying concrete or similar flooring, plastering walls and facades, tiling interior or exterior walls and floors, installing doors and windows (with or without pre-made openings), painting and smoothing walls, creating grooves or channels, and performing minor demolitions.

The mason will work on various parts of the property, including light fixtures, switches and outlets, walls, ceilings, floors, tiles, and doors.

We are looking to hire a professional who can build a loft with a staircase, a room, and a toilet.

The property is a single-family home and the work will be done on our own property.
