MOR doctors are the official team physicians for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Fire Soccer Club and DePaul University Athletics.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Direct the flow of patients into the rooms during clinic days.
  • Measures vital signs, including blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts.
  • Maintains the highest level possible of customer service standards in patient checkin, status update, answering phone calls, etc.
  • Maintains a positive demeanor with patients, peers, supervisors, and physicians, especially when receiving feedback or direction.
  • Oversees patient tracking in Athena while collecting copays, and ensuring form completion.
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned between patients.
  • Rooms are stocked with necessary supplies at all times.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
