Your start at pplwise

In your first two weeks, you will have a daily call with your manager and team members to quickly and confidently work autonomously according to the pplwise principles, frameworks, and methods, and to get to know everyone.

Your onboarding will typically take place partly internally and partly directly with a client where you will be placed.

After your first two weeks with our clients, you will have a solid understanding of the vision, strategy, and culture, as well as a deep understanding of the objectives and roles you will be working on.

You will also have built relationships with hiring managers and team members and conducted a delivery forecast according to our pplwise method.
