Delivery drivers/helpers provide "white glove" in home delivery experience with a smile. We deliver a wide range of furniture and mattresses. Delivery drivers take pride in ensuring the last contact a customer has is positive and goes beyond expectations. A winning attitude and ability to get the job done are essential to produce these results.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Consistently interact with our customers in a courteous and professional manor.

• Act with professionalism under stress.
• Be responsible, reliable and realize that our customers count on us to make their delivery.
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses through different routes.
• Follow routes and time schedules.
• Ability to inspect, wrap, pack and load furniture.
• Manage the helper that will work as a partner on the truck.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our client base.
• Always keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy.
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client's complaints.
• Refuel vehicle as needed.
• Safely operate all necessary equipment in work area.

Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record for the past three years and at least two (2) yrs. experience driving box truck.
• Be able to lift 150 lbs assisted
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Be of good character, have good work ethics and be a selfstarter.
• Experience driving 2426 ft straight box trucks
