    Position Summary:

    This is a senior leadership position within Operations. The primary role would oversee and manage all aspects of Cognizant's global revenue cycle business within healthcare. This leader will deliver RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services to Cognizant RCM customers establishing and driving industry best levels of service, delivered profitably. Role requires an experienced senior executive who possesses strong RCM leadership and experience management skills, high energy and the ability to influence people at all levels of the customer and Cognizant's organizations. This person must have a strong background in delivering RCM services to other customers and a demonstrated the ability to execute large, cross-functional projects in a challenging environment while leading large teams. Experience working in global model is required. This person must also have experience in and/or a level of comfort with working in a matrixed organization

    Essential Functions:

    • Lead and manage large scale operations in the US, Philippines, and India
    • Develop RCM services roadmaps.
    • Oversee pricing assumptions and new customer solutions.
    • Partner with internal vertical and horizontal partners to leverage and develop customer relationships and sell additional RCM services.
    • Be responsible for the overall P&L RCM business –both revenue and profitability
    • Work closely with various stakeholders on organizational strategic initiatives.
    • Drive process review meetings intended to improve efficiencies and process improvements through technology utilization, analytics, robotic automation and six sigma initiatives.

    Mentor leaders and interact as senior executive with customers as needed

    • Must bring in deep domain expertise, thought leadership, understanding of current & future trends, use of latest technology to drive improvements, ability to drive service excellence and client business value in these areas, understanding of quality and operational excellence drives, understanding of analytics.
    • Highly Organized, Strong desire to succeed and share success.
    • Results orientated individual with energy and commitment with a high degree of initiative.
    • Exceptional communication skills – verbal / written.

    • Knowledge of Healthcare industry and RCM

    Must have 10+ years of relevant industry experience
