    Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant for a 18+ month remote project.


    Title:
    SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant

    Location:
    Remote (Must be based in US)
    Duration: 15hrs per week for 18 months

    Rate:
    Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed If Travel Requested

    Alignment:
    W2 or C2C


    Description:


    Lead the implementation and configuration of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module to align with our organization's recruiting needs and industry best practices.

    Customize job requisitions, candidate profiles, and recruiting workflows as necessary.

    Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, hiring managers, recruiters, and IT teams to understand recruitment requirements and ensure successful implementation and adoption of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module.

    Coordinate the integration of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module with other HR systems, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and payroll systems.

    Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across systems.

    Provide comprehensive training and support to HR administrators, recruiters, hiring managers, and other users on the functionality and usage of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module.

    Develop training materials and documentation as needed.

    Ensure that the configuration and usage of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and organizational security policies.

    Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive information.
    Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track recruitment metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and process improvement efforts.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
    Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly the onboarding process.
    Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform, including module configuration, workflow customization, and integration management.
    Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other integration tools is a plus.
    SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding or related modules is required.
    Bachelor's Degree
