    Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

    Location: Cape May, NJ

    Pay Range: Up to $30 per hour

    Shifts/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Opportunity Type: Contract Assignment

    Job Summary:

    Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant for a temporary assignment. Your skilled expertise will be put to use in providing high-quality care to patients within a Skill Nursing Facility Environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the therapy team to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
    • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
    • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Communicate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Uphold standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
    • Provide valuable support to patients in their journey toward recovery.
    Qualifications:
    • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the placed state.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
    • Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
