The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated FX Manager to join our Treasury Foreign Exchange team.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and handling foreign exchange risk.

What you'll Do


Trade Execution:
Perform FX trading (spot, forward and options) seeking best execution and fulfilling the goals of Adobe's hedging programs.

Risk Management:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Adobe's FX exposures, including cash flow and balance sheet exposures.

Market Analysis:

Maintain an awareness of trends in global foreign exchange markets, advising management on significant macro trends relevant to Adobe's cash flow and earnings.


Financial Modeling:

Build and maintain financial models that summarize Adobe's FX risk and align hedging programs to manage FX exposure cost effectively.


Reporting:
Produce regular reports on hedge performance and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to Treasury leadership.

Collaboration:

Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including FP&A, pricing, and Global Payments to ensure strategies are meeting organizational objectives and minimizing cost.


Process Automation:

Work with Adobe's existing technology platforms while developing new automation and process improvements to drive speed, efficiency and visibility of the FX program.

What you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in Treasury, capital markets, or related fields.
Intellectual curiosity and a sincere interest in the capital markets.
Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
Genuine team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
MBA, CFA (or progress towards CFA) is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,000 $190,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
