We are actively looking for an
IT Administrator to join our team and provide technical support to our employees.

The IT administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues, managing our network infrastructure, and working with vendors to ensure our IT systems are up to date.


IT Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues reported by users
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
  • Ensure the available of network hardware, such as routers and switches
  • Train users on new hardware and software
  • Monitor network performance and maintain network security
  • Monitor system performance and security logs
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues

Requirements:


IT Administrator Requirements:


  • At least three years of experience working in IT
  • Proficient in Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Experience with network hardware, such as routers and switches
  • Good problemsolving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
