"I am interested in buying a 169 square meter plot of land in Bayview, NC with a depth of 14 meters and a frontage of 12 meters. I would like a basement level for a possible garage and bathroom, a first floor with one or possibly two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, backyard, and bathroom, and a second floor with additional bedrooms and another bathroom or the option to leave it open as an attic.
