In a fast-paced environment, we are looking a highly dedicated and experienced R&D Executive (Beverage) to join our operations in the USA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in R&D of the Beverages category to lead the operations team and drive innovation within the company.

• Responsible to conduct research and development of beverages products, incompliance with any related regulations.
• Develop and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Creates and manages the new product development pipeline portfolio.
• Works with natural and synthetic approved chemicals in order develop flavors for a variety of food products, especially on beverages categories.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products are meeting customer needs and market demands.
• Accurate data collection and recording on research logs and in laboratory notebook.
• Adhere to the Quality Management System and provide inputs toward continually improving its scope and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain relationships with external vendors, research institutes and academic institutions.
• Drive a safe working environment for all, by enforcing SOPs and safe work practices and the use of proper PPE.
• Perform and set up regular sensory tastings on the product and help create sensory descriptors for newly released product.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work through, design and create solutions to carry out process improvements for the operations in the R&D
• Maintain communication with different stakeholders to share on emerging new ingredients, packaging and technology.

The Successful Applicants:

• Degree in Food Technology/Food Science/Pharmacy.
• At least 6 years of working experience in the Beverage R&D (Flavourist) is required for this position. Knowledge in healthy beverages or supplements industry is prioritized.
• Experience in people management required, good communicator, & project organizer.
• Ensuring the quality of products to be marketed according to company standards
• Responsible for product research starting from product concepts, prototypes, competitor analysis, formula stability, product trials, to external testing for products, supplements, and medicines
• Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Pay:
$90, $100,000.00 per year
