We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to oversee our restaurant's culinary operations.     Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
    • Leadership Excellence: Direct the kitchen's performance each shift, maintaining high standards of food quality, recipe adherence, cleanliness, and safety.
    • Cultivating a Positive Environment: Craft and maintain a legally compliant and positive work atmosphere aligned with our core philosophies and values.
    • Experience & Expertise: Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant setting, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along POS systems.
    • Comprehensive Training: Completion of our in-depth training program tailored for this role.
    • Skill Mastery: Exhibit foundational skills such as integrity, active listening, effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving, alongside a strong focus on teamwork and safety.
