Bright Sol Energy has been a staple in the renewable energy industry helping families make the switch to clean energy. We're on a mission to lower the energy bills of every homeowner, one rooftop at a time. We take pride in our efforts to help reduce emissions and create a greener environment.

We are looking for BRIGHT, FRESH, new SMILES to join our sales team, we are hiring ENTRY LEVEL Solar Sales Representatives to go out in the field to educate customers while presenting custom proposals, based on their energy usage with our Everbright software, to sell solar contracts.

We found a way to break down markets and neighborhood pockets to create soft open doors and offer a very unique industry changing product for California's new NEM 3.0 law that no other company in Southern California is offering.

It allows Bright Sol Energy to hold a massive competitive edge against the competition in Southern California, so we are in need of entry level Sales Representatives so we can all go ahead and take advantage of this new sales strategy.

We spend a significant amount of time, energy, and extensive training with each sales representative that we bring on to make sure that they have the highest chances of success

Pay:

We offer a high fast paying commission structure with 30% forward pay to help commissions stay fast and consistent.

For example, our average commissions range anywhere from $8,500 up to $50,000 per sale, with our average commission being roughly $12,500.

The way we pay out this commission is a week after the sale we pay you 30% of the commission and the rest at installation.

On average a fully trained sales rep sells consistently 1-2 deals a week.

With the high pay we also offer zero account management to sales representatives, we believe a sales consultant job is to sell and not have to worry about back-end paperwork to maximize time.

All accounts post site survey are handled completely for you.

Career Opportunities:

Although we are hiring sales consultants, we are more interested in finding leaders.

Our squad leader position is easily obtainable, and all production based, squad leader pays on average is an additional $150,000 - $400,000 a year depending on the team's production.

Details on promotional metrics will be described in the interview process.
