The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, supporting the government's real estate policy goals and providing necessary spaces and buildings for almost all federal authorities.

As such, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and manage a diverse and extensive real estate portfolio, as well as the ecological use and maintenance of federal natural areas.

We are looking for innovative minds who think and act sustainably for these versatile and responsible tasks.

Our Facility Management department builds, operates, and manages a complex portfolio of exciting and diverse properties - from ministries in Berlin and Bonn, to federal courts and research institutions, to buildings for customs, federal police, military, and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW).
