Join our team as a Senior Commerce Service Operator (m/f/d) Azure for our Operations Center in Rheda-Wiedenbrück.

What tasks await you

  • You will shape the rebuilding of our Microsoft Cloud Services platform
  • You will monitor our Microsoft Cloud Services platform and ensure smooth network operations
  • You will maintain control over the Commerce Services of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with other Azure services and Microsoft technologies
  • You will ensure continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes by applying and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides (TSGs), and playbooks
  • You will develop and review blueprints for the further development of our cloud strategy
  • You will take on exciting special tasks tailored to your skills and needs
