    Description

    Job Overview:
    The Licensed Social Worker works with the substance-use co-occurring outpatient program which includes IOP and OP levels of care.


    The LSW conducts intake assessments for new clients in the EMR, as well as NJSAMS, and facilitates group and individual sessions.


    • Students of ACT program are encouraged to apply.

    Qualifications:


    Required:


    • Master's in Social Work
    • Experience working in the field of Addictions
    Certifications and Licenses

    Required:


    • NJ Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
    • LCSW preferred
    • LCADC preferred

    Scheduling Requirements:

    • Shift working, 10:00am-8:00pm each day
    • Monday-Thursday
    • Full-Time (FT)

    Essential Functions:

    • Designs and implements treatment plans
    • Evaluates and documents patient outcomes
    • Work closely with supervisor to implement and design the Addictions Program
    • Work closely with supervisor on the execution of deliverable of services
    • Maintain an active caseload
    • Collaborates with referral sources
    • Discharge planning
    • Clinical team meetings
    • Clinical supervision toward licensure
