- Maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies for efficient service delivery.
- Identify and resolve care delivery issues.
- Supervise nurse managers and evaluate their performance.
- Lead staff engagement and development programs.
- Collaborate with various departments and committees within the hospital.
- Implement programs to achieve clinical goals and objectives.
- Provide clinical oversight and direct clinical services.
- Collaborate with Medical and Clinical Directors.
- Oversee health assessments and specialty examinations.
- Manage exposure incidents and provide medical care as needed.
- APRN & MSN are mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Valid Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licenses in Florida and Ohio.
- National certification as an APRN.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Nursing certification in a specialized area preferred.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle stress.
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 4 years recent clinical experience as an APRN.
- 2 years of healthcare management experience.
- Manual dexterity and good visual acuity.
- Capable of occasional lifting and moving objects.
- Travel required throughout Florida.
- Follow standard precautions using necessary protective equipment.
