    ATN International

    Role Overview:

    This position plays a crucial role in providing technical leadership for the Company's safety management program, overseeing field leadership and execution, and developing a comprehensive safety management strategy. The main responsibilities include refining safety processes, aligning safety programs with business plans, and fostering a safety-conscious environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide transformative leadership to support the safety vision
    • Develop risk assessment methods to identify hazards
    • Implement internationally recognized safety procedures
    • Enhance hazard awareness to minimize at-risk behaviors
    • Create and maintain safety committees
    • Identify and address health and safety hazards
    • Investigate and report incidents
    • Manage safety budget and resources efficiently
    • Coordinate safety training programs
    • Ensure compliance with regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8 years experience in construction safety
    • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Construction Manager in Safety (CMIS) designation
    • ISO 45001 certification or working knowledge preferred
    • Experience with OSHA standards
    • Track record of implementing safety programs
