Meta Tech Industries is a Precision Machine Shop that makes parts for the Space, Oil and Defense industries.
Responsibilities
Profenciently use the following equipment to perform inspections on machined parts.
- Mitutoyo LH600E Height gage
- Standard height gages
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Optical Comparator
- Bore Gages
- Tri Mics
- Pins and blocks
Ensure that parts are inspected correctly and that that are conforming to all tolerances and standards.
Track Internal NCR's and other quality metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' relevant work experience utilizing hand inspection tools as mentioned above
- Able to read blueprints and understand GD&T standards (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly via written and oral communication.
